Project: Hash Tables

$$ This is your second in$-$class group project.$$ You will need to have someone $($assigned or volunteer$)$ to be the group lead.$$ That person will then be in charge of being the effective group leader for the project.$$ You will need to complete this project by the end of today$$s class in order to receive full credit.

$$ For this project, you are to fill a data file with the names of all of the Presidents $($last name, first name$).$ When you execute your program, you will read the names in one at a time and store them using the $$Chaining$$ concept.$$ You will need to use an array of linked lists to store the names.$$ The names will be stored based on the first letter of the last name.$$ Once the names are stored, you will display the following menu:

$1.$Ask the user for a letter and display all of the Presidents names that start with that letter.

$2.$ Display all of the letters of the alphabet that has a President$$s last name that starts with that letter.

$3.$ Display all of the letters of the alphabet that doesn$$t have a President$$s last name that starts with that letter.

$4.$ Exit.
