Objective: Understand the importance of project initiation and develop a project

concept working in groups. Stimulates critical thinking, collaboration, problem

solving, and coursework integration.

Group Project Concept Proposal:

Each group chooses a real or hypothetical project. Throughout the process, there

will be information that you will need to create for the project, so select a project

topic that the group is interested in working on$.$ Simple topics or more complex

topics may be explored. Some examples of topics are:

Technical Trade Show Event

Building a house

Publishing Company printing special order for a university program

Development of software for a new business process

Write a project concept proposal as a group, including the project's title, objectives,

stakeholders, and a brief description.

Provide a rationale for the project, including its alignment with organizational goals.

Each group member takes on specific roles and responsibilities in developing the

proposal.
