Project management has two aspects. The technical side includes project planning, scheduling, and controlling and monitoring the project. The scope of the project will include criteria needed to complete the project such as WBS. In WBS, there will be tasks, deliverables and milestones, a document which states what is included in the scope, constraints, and scope baseline. (Landau, 2022). For a social perspective, the project manager needs to understand how to communicate with all stakeholders including team members. This involves leadership, problem- solving, teamwork, negotiation techniques, politics and customer expectations. Without these skills, a project success is challenging. For example, even though the scope, schedule, and budget are perfectly planned (this is the technical side), team members motivation and morale can be low if they are not satisfied with the way they are treated. If the motivation and morale become low, the productivity drops. This affects the time, then, it increases cost. Also, the final product may not be a satisfied or expected level
