Project managers make several decisions on a daily basis while undertaking projects. Most of the decisions made determine a project's success or failure. One of the essential decisions project managers make is the appropriate alternative to adopt to determine an unbiased project schedule. A project schedule outlines what requires to be done, the resources to be used, and the project's deadline (Hartmann & Briskorn, 2022). It can be said to be a timetable that indicates the beginning and the end dates and achievements that should be met for a project to be completed on time. A project schedule is usually utilized alongside a work breakdown structure to allocate work among members of the team.
