This is s central digital identity management system for a country

The application mainly consists of two parts.

• Mobile Application
• Web Application
• ePass will be created based on the primary identification entity - National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport Number.
• ePass will be linked to other entities such as vehicle registration, employment details, health records, vaccination status, police records, fuel Pass, tax records etc.
• ePass can be considered as a single trusted digital identity.
• ePass can be used to login and verify user details in other third-party applications. Similar to Google and Facebook login credentials used to login to other applications.

1. Assessment of Linear, Agile, Scrum, and Adaptive in enhancing project management capability for organisations. -
2. Assessment of the most effective project delivery approaches, what has worked well, what has not, rationales and decisions in terms of identifying the most effective project management methodology for a given project context, settings and environment with clear cut examples.- 10%
3. In depth evaluation and clear appraisal on when, where, and how to apply agile, hybrid agile approaches and practical processes, tools and techniques for organisations wanting to increase agility. - 15%
4. Understanding and evaluation of different types of project management methods and offered clear strategies to tailor these methodologies according to the project's needs, context and environment. - 15%
5. Understanding and offered in-depth assessment and appraisal of the relationship between different project management methods and likelihood of project success, when to use these methods and at which phase of the project life cycle. -15%
6. Undertake a critical appraisal of these different project management methods life cycle, gaps, areas for further improvement and development. -15%
7. Presentation Structure, Coherence and Team Consistency, Audibility and Clarity. - 5%
