In this part of your project, your team will develop project artifacts that are required during the Organizing and Preparing phase of a predictive project. These artifacts are created by carrying out the following processes of the Project Scope Management knowledge area: Collect Requirements, Define Scope, and Create WBS$.$

Part $2$ consists of the following project artifacts:

Requirements Traceability Matrix.

Based on the stakeholder register, create a list of thirty requirements $($minimum two requirements per stakeholder$)$ using the MoSCoW method $($see Module $4,$ Part $2).$

Scope Statement

Please refer to Module $4,$ Part $1,$ Define Scope process, textbook readings, and examples, textbook Figure $4-6.$

WBS

Using the project scope statement, create the project WBS in either a Hierarchical Structure Style or the Indented Outline style format.

The WBS should be developed up to level three of decomposition. Please refer to textbook Figures $4-8$ and $4-11.$

WBS Dictionary

Choose ONE work package from the WBS and create its WBS Dictionary. Your team can choose any package it prefers. Only ONE WBS Dictionary is required.
