PROJECT TASK

The minister of Human Settlements of South Africa has appointed you as the lead project manager to a project to roll out

low cost housing in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. The need for these low cost housing has become urgent due to recent

discontent demonstrated by the people in the suburb. The people have been waiting for in excess of $10$ years for houses

and the need has become dire recently due to the extreme winter conditions. Furthermore, the ministry has promised

people of this suburb houses at public forums recently. The building plans have been approved by the municipality. The

construction company has been appointed. Your task now is to initialise the project by sourcing the required material and to

manage the construction of the houses until occupation.
