Project-H Introduction: This is our first project as a team probably many more to come. Our project is to build a house. Project / Goal / Scope of work: Our team decided to undertake a project to build a house with 5 beds, and 5 baths with a 5500 sqft area. The owner decided to have the below amenities in-house.

Amenities need to equip: 1.Private swimming pool with climate control. 2.2000 Sqft Lounge with a garden. 3.Conference room with a capacity of 20 people. Cost: Client has 4 million budget and leverage of 250K more in case of extended modifications. This amount includes Land and construction. Time: Client gave us 1.25 years to complete the entire house with all included. Place: Client has the requirement of being the house to be built in Richmond only.
