Project Scheduling Assignment The purpose of this assignment is for you: Demonstrate mastery of concepts involved in: o Developing project schedules using the critical path method o Dealing with uncertainty in project scheduling Reflect on how project scheduling is performed in your organization While computer tools are useful for doing this work in the real world, hand-solved problems demonstrate and reinforce understanding of the concepts involved. For Part 1 of this assignment, you will first do a schedule network analysis by hand, then check your work using whatever electronic means you wish.
