Project Scope Document Computer-assisted Coding Implementation Team Name: Synergy Geeks Project Purpose and Description: The purpose of this project is planning the implementation of a computer-assisted coding (CAC) program. The program will help streamline the access and viewing of EHR documents for coders all while improving coder productivity.
