Finally, clearly defend how this issue or problem is directly or indirectly impacting organizational goals (production, absenteeism, retention, hiring, performance appraisal, profit, organizational reputation, etc.)
Describe the source of your organization (name, medium, history or context: Cite sources you used to describe the organization (can be non-academic). Then fully describe the organization as if your reader was not familiar with it.What is the organizational structure (size (geographically and number of employees), types of employees, location(s))?What is the management structure (number of levels, open/supportive to training)?What is the purpose of the organization, what does it do (goals, products, purpose)?What do they do or make, who are their clients/customers, who are their competitors?
