Project HR, Cost, Risk and Stakeholder Management 1. HR Management: Collect one detailed Job Description related to your project and one Job Contract. 2. Macro & Micro Cost Estimation: (a). For Macro Cost Estimation: Write up the cost estimated in scope statement. (b). For Micro Cost Estimation: Imposing on the WBS previously made, assess cost of each work package and then summate to estimate total project cost. 3.
