Additionally, the project aims to address staff resistance to change and ensure budget compliance. The deadline for completion is $1$st December $2025.$

Solution Description

$1.$ Server transition is a process that entails a change of physical hardware, OS$,$ and applications with a focus on improving the capability of the server.

$2.$ A step toward adopting and incorporating higher security measures involves setting up firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption among other security features to protect valuable data and assets from probable dangers.

$3.$ Another area for improvement that will follow the implementation of upgraded systems is staff training and development which will aim at familiarizing the employees with the new knowledge and practices needed to ensure that the changes generate the best possible results.
