Projects can only be accomplished through people. For this week let's discuss a project which you have led or of which you were a team member. What was the project? Was it successful? What technical tools were used (PERT, GANTT, CPM, etc.)? Discuss the team dynamics Did the team dynamics help or hurt the project? What did this experience teach you?
