1. Identify a problem that needs to be solved in your school, workplace, or community/neighborhood.

2. For whom is the problem a problem? How will these people suffer if the problem is not solved?

3. Who has the power to solve the problem and why hasnt the problem been solved up to this point?

4. How can the problem be solved, what are the benefits to your specific solution, and who will bear these costs?
