For the proposed solution of Improving Chipotle's queuing system, we discussed that the M$/$M$/3$ MODEL would be the most beneficial with having $3$ people who are helping with the process, which should improve the utilization compared to having an mm$1$ or an mm$2$ model.

The data we collected showed improvement with the utilization of a second person and the M$/$M$/2$ model.

This is why the third person and the M$/$M$/3$ model will meet company time goals and exceed time goals.

With this model, the M$/$M$/3$ model solution should prevent bottlenecking compared to only having one person serving and improve the time quality of the queuing system.
