I enjoy spending time with family and cooking in my free time. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, which I obtained from Jackson State University. I decided to pursue my Master's in Human Services because my occupational goal is to become a Clinical Social Worker and obtain my license! I am currently a business owner and plan to seek employment related to my future career area soon. Two practical and inventive ways to network with potential funder representatives are event participation that is strategic. This would consist of attending gathering in which funders would be present (panel discussion, roundtable discussions, etc.). These gatherings would be intentional and strategic. Another way would be to develop digital engagement that would be creative and aligned would funders' interests.
