Case- The UGLI oranges case Supplier, UGLI has only 10 cases of UGLI oranges left from this years crop. UGLI had received order from two customers CLEAN IT inc and OJ JUICES for 10 cases each of oranges. UGLI had confirmed with both customers that they could supply 10 cases of oranges. Unfortunately, UGLI ran out of stock and only has 10 cases of oranges and orders totalling 20 cases of oranges. The two companies, CLEAN-IT inc, a manufacturer of cleaning agents and the other company, OJ JUICES, a processor of juices both need all the remaining oranges desperately or they will have to renege on contracts they hold. Neither Company can use just a portion (20%, 50%) of the oranges . Each insist they must have the whole shipment.
