Provide practice advice for at least two case workers on complex cases by: analysing and assessing case management plans providing feedback and advice in relation to options for implementing case management plans and further development advising them on organisation processes to collect information from key stakeholders that contributes to continuous improvement updating them on changes to legislation, policy and organisation procedures monitoring progress on case plans and recommending changes to improve outcomes and quality of service delivery implementing stakeholder consultation strategies for specialist information and options for future action escalating and referring client issues beyond role in accordance with organisation requirements
