Task 2 Support and lead at least two case workers in case management practice by: providing support, practice advice and direction challenging and supporting them to ensure casework plans and actions are up to date, evidence based and in line with procedures and legislative requirements implementing strategies to provide workers with access to casework consultation with other workers to maximise their effectiveness implementing strategies to provide workers with access to, and consultation with, culturally specific workers accessing and applying specialist practice knowledge in the workplace providing supervision around the achievement of case work objectives advising them on the full range of legislative provisions relevant to case management, and worker and organisation responsibilities
