Question: Provide TWO setting event strategies FOR EACH PROBLEM BEHAVIOR that could be implemented to address the problem behavior and explain why these strategies are appropriate

Brett Brett is a 6 year old student labeled as having a learning disability in reading and he has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist as having "Oppositional Defiant Disorder." He enjoys looking at books and "pretending" to read but when he is asked to really read grade-level materials aloud during language arts class he will refuse, curse, and will try to tear up and/or throw the reading materials. Brett loves to watch and play soccer and currently plays on a soccer team after school. During recess, he will threaten and sometimes hit other children if they are playing with the soccer balls or if they refuse to give them to him. Brett's teacher reports that this occurs more frequently when Brett has not been able to visit his father for some time, at whose house he frequently plays or watches soccer.
