PSY 575 - Culture and Design Assignment This is a two-part assignment. Part I: Make an argument, based on research, showing whether you believe organizational cultures can change and why. Include: Define organizational culture. Identify and common characteristics of organizational culture. Compare the functional and dysfunctional effects of organizational culture on people and the organization. Identify factors that create and sustain the organizational culture and how that culture impacts the employees. Part II: Extend your knowledge of emerging trends in organizational design as it relates to environmental/workspaces. Design an innovative workspace. This should be a small office, a break room, or a meeting room. Include visual components and explain how your innovative work environment can impact the organization's culture. You can take a screenshot of the space using free online software or you can create a poster of the design space. Use four to six scholarly sources as evidentiary support to your research
