From these statements, contractors develop an action plan with measurable outcomes. This plan is implemented while developing a response to an RFQ or RFP$.$

Decide how you will leverage your strengths and mitigate your weaknesses to improve your standing when compared to your competition.

Criteria

Develop five different statements describing how you will:

$(1)$ provide value to the client,

$(2)$ meet the client$$s expectations,

$(3)$ bolster your strengths,

$(4)$ mitigate your weaknesses,

$(5)$ position your team to be successful in securing your selected Project.
