Purpose - The purpose of this is to compose an informal report (in email format) that is brief, effective, and professional.

Scenario - Your manager has tasked you with researching cloud-based collaboration tools for small teams and working groups. She has requested an informal report (email) based on your findings. 

Recommend one tool and justify your decision based on 3 criteria: 

• Licensing cost per user. What will it cost the company?
• Functionality. What does the tool do that would help facilitate teamwork?
• Integration points. Does the software fit into the company's overall technical landscape? In other words, will the software 'get along' with the other tools the employees use in their day-to-day jobs?

Instructions

• Choose three cloud-based collaboration tool for small groups/teams that you will recommend.
•  Explain with a report following the standard approach for informal reports:
  • Purpose -> Key Points -> Discussion of findings
• Use headers, bullet points, tables, and/or infographics to make your document scannable and easily digestible to your audience (i.e. upper management).
• You are expected to write in a moderately formal tone, with correct grammar and punctuation, which support professional communication.
