Question: Purpose This document forms part of the deliverables for the course project. It should integrate with the other documents associated with the project. A statement

Purpose
This document forms part of the deliverables for the course project. It should integrate with the other documents associated with the project.
A statement of work (SOW) defines "the work performed to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions" (Piney & Reiser, 2013). When it is presented to an external client, it is often referred to as a statement of work, as opposed to a scope statement, which is internal terminology.
A statement of work addresses the project and its objectives and priorities, and it delineates the deliverables for the project. It also provides preliminary cost estimates and milestone schedules, along with an evaluation of constraints, exclusions and risks, and defines the key stakeholders and the project team. Finally, it defines a process for requesting and evaluating changes to the project, along with client sign-off. This document is a critical foundation for the project, and it must be done well for the project to be effective.
The SOW Concept is a working document which mirrors a typical internal development process that leads up to a client-ready final product. It will be lessformatted, and use bullets, tables, etc. to organize your thoughts.
Complete this assignment as a team, only one member of your team needs to upload the document.
