PURPOSE: This task will require you to work collaboratively with others to challenge and develop ideas, effectively communicating strategic marketing knowledge and outcomes in an oral context. Technology is to be effectively utilised to support the presentation appropriate to circumstance and context. PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS: The goal is to create and upload a video presentation to outline and explain to your company board, the opportunity you have discovered for its business via strategic analysis. Begin by articulating the opportunity, explaining the means and process by which you have arrived at this conclusion. Step 1: As a group, determine how the video presentation will be developed. The video presentation should include a brief introduction that provides the audience with a frame of reference, a main body of the content that leads to a strong conclusion with recommendations. Your goal is to engage the audience effectively and to get your message across. Step 2: Each individual student should prepare their own speech. Please note it should be an abridgement that effectively highlights the key issues (or conclusions) of the section. You will be expected to deliver a polished and concise overview of the topic as though you are presenting to management. The video presentation must include all team members equally in time and importance of material presented. Step 3: Once the scripts are approved, decide whether you will record individually or as a group and whether other audio or visual materials will be used, like PowerPoint or Prezi. Make the recordings and edit the video. Save it to a directed location on your computer and upload to your 'Group Page' in one or multiple clips before the due date (please note the upload it time/date stamped).
