Purpose

To measure your ability to complete a final draft of your work on strategy and intervention for change in an organization. This includes thinking critically about the feedback that was given to you, evaluating it, and applying it or disregarding it based that evaluation you make.

Overview

You have written about strategies and interventions to be implemented in an organization in this module's discussion assignment and received peer feedback. In this assignment, you will explain what changes you made, based on the peer feedback you received, and you will also explain why you made those changes.

Action Items

1. Explains the strategy or strategies (structural, technological and/or behavioral) to address the change and justifies choice(s); explanation is all relevant and prepares the reader well for the rest of the paper
2. Describes the OD intervention(s) (individual, team, intergroup and/or total system) to guide the change effort and justifies choice(s); identifies additional factors that may not be immediately obvious and justifies those as reasons for the strategy or strategies
3. Describes how you would encourage employee empowerment to drive organizational success and justifies approach; explains reasoning in depth and with great clarity
4. In all instances, accurately and appropriately employs OD terminology
5. Uses extra references appropriately to support work; uses APA style properly
6. Describes the feedback received from peer; explains changes made based on the peer feedback and why made those changes; explains what suggestions peer gave that were disregarded, if anything, and decision to disregard them
