1. Write a program to prompt the user for hours and rate per hour to compute gross pay. Given an employee who works beyond 40 hours, for the extra hours, give them 1.5 times the hourly rate. Calculate the final payment. pay = hours * rate, when hours <= 40 pay = hours * rate * 1.5, when hours >40.

2. Improve your program in Question 1 by adding try and except. If a non-numeric input is submitted, your program should print a message and exit the program.
