Write a program to prompt the user for hours and rate per hour to compute gross pay. Given an employee who works beyond 40 hours, for the extra hours, give them 1.5 times the hourly rate. Calculate the final payment. pay = hours * rate, when hours <= 40 pay = hours * rate * 1.5, when hours >40.

Write a program to prompt for a score between 0.0 and 1.0. If the score is out of range print an error. If the score is between 0.0 and 1.0, print a grade using the following table: Score Grade >= 0.9 A >= 0.8 B >= 0.7 C >= 0.6 D < 0.6 F Example input and output:
