In order to validate the candybags, 1 candybag must contain 2 pieces of the same candies only and the first candy has to be red wrapped, the second candy has to be yellow wrapped.

The candies : 'c' for caramel, 'h' for honey, 'a' for apple

Wraps: 'r' for red, 'y' for yellow. Can be written as rc for red wrapped caramel candies

The user should input a string of alphabets representing candies, for example "rc, yc" and the function should return true if valid and false if invalid.
