How to design a code to solve two questions

1- What is Loop to find the sentiment of all reviews using TextBlob.

In the loop add 0 or 1 to a list or vector depending on whether TextBlob prediction is negative or positive

2- What is TextBlob's accuracy and confusion matrix? What about the false positive and false negative rates?
