1. Write a function called means_of_means() that takes as arguments, two lists of floats and returns a float representing the average of the average of the numbers in each list.

2. A database specialist wants a program that continuously asks him for positive integers. The specialist wants the continuous prompting to cease once a negative number is entered. Write some code that obtains these integers, stores them in a list, and outputs the mean and median of these integers once the continuous prompting ceases.
