Write an application that reads the file called tempData.txt, which is located in Course Contents

The headers of each column are: Day Max Temp Min Temp Precipitation

Find and display the highest temperature for the month of May 2007.

Find and display the second highest temperature for the month of May 2007.

Calculate and display the average rainfall for the month of May 2007.

T = trace and should not be included in your calculation

Dont alter the file to change T to 0

Data displayed must be calculated programmatically.
