This program will ask for the end range of numbers (1 to X) and generated a list of those numbers. Once the list is generated reverse list to a new list. You may not use any built-in methods and must devise the code to reverse the list.

Requirements:

1) Ask the user for the end of a range (1 to X).

2) Generate a list from the range

3) Without using any of the built-in list methods write code that will reverse the list into a new list.
