Python Reading multiple CSV files in different folders.

I have a folder in which there are multiple folders in each of the folders there is a CSV file. I want to read them all and look for specific headers {Location}

Also, I have a CSV file that has information in which folder there is a file with specific headers i need a screenshot bellow
