a. Write a lambda function that returns $x$ and $y$ given $a$, $b$, and $\theta$. Assume that theta goes from 0 to 360. Remember that trig functions assume the arguments are in radians b. Plot your ellipse using matplotlib.pyplot (imported as plt). Use the %matplotlib inline magic command
