Write a function that will take a list of tuple pairs that represent (x,y) points, and return a dictionary that defines x and y as keys, with the value being a list of the x's and y's.

Ex) Input: [ (1, 1) , (2, 4) , (3, 9) , (4, 16) , (5, 25) ]

Return: { "x" : [1, 2, 3, 4, 5], "y" : [1, 4, 9, 16, 25] }
