$($Q$13)$: You have been tasked with designing a hub$-$and$-$spoke transportation network, whereby parcels from several towns are first brought in to a central "collection center $($also called a hub$)".$ These parcels are then transported to the hub nearest to the destination town. The parcel is then dispatched from the hub to its final destination $($this is called last mile delivery$).$

A similar network can also be designed to locate warehouses for several retail stores such as Walmart. Warehouses are used to store products, which are transported to retail outlets when a store shelf becomes empty.

What data analytics technique we studied in class is ideally suited for designing such networks?
