Q$2-10$: A study is being conducted on a specific segment of Erbil to Duhok highway with a high number of car accidents. The posted speed limit of the highway is $100k\frac{m}{h}$ and the highway has a super elevation of $e=5\%$ and side friction factor of $fs=0\mathrm{.}125.$ The study shows the high number of accidents is caused by a defect in the geometric design of the horizontal curve within this segment. Correct the highway parameter to reduce the number of accidents on this section of highway if the maximum allowable curvature is $450$ m $.$
