Q$2$: Designing Effective Input & Output $($LU$8)$

Greenhall Community Library needs to keep better track of users who use the

many computers available in the library. They also provide printing and

photocopying service to their users.

Design and draw a representation of a display screen for the users to log into

the computers in the library. Label the three sections of a display that you

included.

Design a paper form to be filled at the counter by the users to register in order

to use the computer service. The form should ask for name, date and time of

visit, general purpose for computer use $($i$.$e$.,$ word processing, Web surfing,

examining real estate documents on line$),$ and the time they have logged off.

Label the seven sections of a form that you included.

Design and draw a receipt generated from the system which the user will

received once they have paid for the printing services.
