construction cost. The monthly land rental is RM$10,000$ with yearly

maintenance of RM$20,000.$ It is expected this telecommunication company can

get revenue of RM$300,000$ per year for $10$ years. By applying the benefit cost

ratio method with a minimum acceptable rate of return of $4\%$ a year, determine

whether if the tower is viable to be installed.
