Sergios first week at AFC was crazy! AFC IT is deploying an Agile effort to update their IT systems and software. Sergio has been doing Agile deployments for several years and hes really good at it. The CIO wanted this effort to be 100% Agile, so he needed an expert to help hence Sergio.

Sergio runs the IT Program Train and they have three self-organized teams: Modernization (Dilbert Dumble Bees), Overall Integration (The Wearrats), and Workday Integration (Plaster Cannons). In Agile, as Sergio had explained, it always builds team comradery to come up with crazy team names and these teams did not disappoint.

The problem is, almost all of the three teams are remote workers. Some even work in different parts of the U.S. or the world. Like much of the AFC IT Architecture, the team collaboration technology was severely lacking. Knowing the challenges he will face with these virtual teams, it was very important tat he found good tools to facilitate team activity and collaboration.
