Consider the 7 six sigma analytical tools spoken of in chapter 10. Suggest one of these tools for each of the following cases. Why does this tool fit the case?
- Borch runs a machine in a factory. He produces identical parts throughout the day. The customer is most concerned about a certain key measurement and whether the machine is consistently producing parts.
