a. Explain to your clients in detail about the present crisis Oman is facing and the reason why you cannot deliver him the goods. Cover the number of COVID-19 cases till date in Oman, and the daily increase of cases in your explanation to him. Prepare a telephonic conversation based on this scenario.

b. Prepare a formally structured email to your clients regarding the non-delivery of merchandise or goods based on the scenario. Include in your email that delivery will be fulfilled after the lockdown is lifted.
