Unethical conduct may not be exactly the right thing to do, but then it's not that bad either. Number of members/shareholders Question 5 [20 Marks] Mrs. Jones, enters into an agreement with her lover, Zocks, to murder her husband, Miles Jones for a total amount of N$50 000.00. She gives Zocks a gun, and pays him N$25 000.00 immediately. After a short while, it becomes clear that Zocks is reluctant to perform the murder. But he also refuses to return the money or the gun to Mrs. Jones. Critically discuss the enforceability of this contract
