b) List five sources of information external to the workplace and five internal sources of health and safety information

c) It is important that the WHS information and data retrieved are accurate and relevant. The WHSMS based on unreliable information is not only a waste of time and resources but may have tragic outcomes as well.

What factors would you consider for any performance indicator to be accurate (i.e. valid and reliable)? Explain your answer with reference to input-based and outcome-based measures
