Changing work environments and working practices has increase quite dramatically since the 1990s due to adopted project management methodologies and processes (Turner,1993 et.al). As we make transition to this new era, especially in the international environment, leader will have to accept new styles, roles and take on new responsibilities to lead organizations to success through unchartered waters.
