Memory 1 has 64 rows with 4-bit words in all the rows and Memory 2 has 32 rows with 4-bit words in all the rows. The system starts when the signal "Begin" changes from "0" to "1". After the average values are computed and then compared, the signal "Done is set to 1 and the maximum value of averages is stored in the "AverageMax" register.
