Question 1:Ethics

Zeina is a professional engineer, she worked for many years as a quality control engineer for Boilco, a boiler manufacturing company. Boilco is a company consisting of many engineers from all over the world. Bailco is known for its equality wide range or race and nationality it contains. However, in the recent years Boilco began using a more economical (cheaper) international supplier of boiler valves and electric switches to reduce costs; but Zeinas product testing showed that the new boiler valves and electric switches could be unsafe. Zeina rejected the first shipment, but Zeinas boss, also a professional engineer, overruled her.

Zeina decided to inform the senior management, but when her boss found out he directly fired her from the company.

After termination, Zeina contacted the federal agency (government), detailing and complaining about Boilcos threat to public safety posted by her boss.
