Describe what you would like to measure in the MEASURE phase to complete a strong problem statement. Question 2: Find a case study (journal or conference) paper in the article database Engineering Village addresses a real-world quality problem about a product. (Engineering Village is one of the many article databases preferred). Write a good problem statement for the case and comment on whether the case study was done with any mention or good use of the information that was produced during the design stage of the product. Recall that DMAIC should not be done in a vacuum, as if there had been no study of possible failure modes and their effects.
